Sister Kristine Hain: Finding Out Who God Is

This Week in the Indiana Indianapolis Mission

Story 1: We were teaching a student named Linda this week. At the end of the lessons we asked if she had any questions or concerns she said, "No, just a comment.... I thought that this was how God always was I've been waiting for 20 years for some church to tell me!" 

Story 2: We met with this Asian girl named Renee. At the beginning of the lesson did not know who God was or what prayer was. By the end of the lesson we were able to teach her about who God was and his son and how we can pray as well as be clean from baptism. She accepted baptism and said a kneeling prayer. It was amazing. Our member that went with us even bore her testimony on Sunday of how special that was. It was also refreshing to go to testimony meeting where there were multiple testimonies of how doing missionary work the past few weeks has been a joy!
